My husband gave my quite the stare when I decided to wear this look downtown. He thinks that this outfit is way too fancy, and while lace in itself does have the reputation of being fancy — it simply doesn’t get chicer than a lace ensemble. I decided that you can certainly wear it out in the daylight (proving that it’s not just for a night out!).

There are my ways to style your lace skirt, from slouchy sweaters (think fall!) to classic button-downs, or a in my case, a chic tank top blouse; lace skirts of any length have proven to be a versatile piece that works for pretty much any occasion — even for a day downtown.

    Black! I love it! I wear mine in f/w with a sweater and boots and for now with a jeans blouse and sandals. I love a black lace skirt, very feminine and because of the black, I think it s a bit dramatic, which I like!
