As we’re already half way through the year (while still battling the pandemic) I cannot help but wonder but when things are starting to get back to….what, normalcy perhaps? It seems we are deluged by bad-news stories while trying to stay positive during the pandemic. The last three months have been challenging so, it’s hard to not feel discouraged or even depressed. And while I must admit that I had to learn to navigate through this new normal myself, from home schooling my son to adjusting to a new work/life balance—I just kept thinking about happiness in its deepest sense.
