Even though it’s freezing outside I want to embrace nature in all its senses. And it’s no secret- blush is the color trend of the season! From the runway to the red carpet, different shades of this soft hue tone are emerging as the popular color for the winter season.

As we all yearn for the Spring we seem to forget how beautiful a fresh snow fall can be. Because nothing compares to seeing your neighborhood blanketed in a fresh sheet of snow. Whether you choose to play in the snowfall (like my eldest son Kingston who’s loves the snow!) or appreciate it through a frosty window, there’s no denying that the beautiful snowflakes make you pause and take notice your surroundings even more! How blessed we are to be alive! So, even in my most stressful moments, a fresh snowfall maintains an almost supernatural power to calm me down — mind, body and soul.
