Happy Monday, lovelies! I’m really excited about this post because I’m a sucker for all things girly and romantic. I found this amazing tulle dress at a thrift store in Chicago and my heart literally jumped when I found this hidden gem behind all those (not so nice) other dresses. Hubby and I had a date night over the weekend (we went to the opera) so, this dress was just too perfect for the occasion! I truly felt like a mini princess…

Happy Friday, lovelies! If you’re following me on Instagram you probably know that I’m currently obsessed with homemade smoothies! I’m always looking for fun recipes on Pinterest so I can make them myself! A couple of weeks ago I made a special spinach smoothie (I added spinach, mango, apple, banana and low fat vanilla yoghurt) for my family, and it was a huge success! Due to their positive response I became even more motivated to try out more recipes to encourage a healthy lifestyle within our family (especially for my son, Kingston, since he doesn’t like veggie’s at all)!

It’s that time: I’m packing away my sweaters and pulling out the sundresses! If your summer selection is uninspiring, spice things up with this amazing, fabfound romper from Marshalls. It’s super chic and yet plays with tradition to produce the best in chic weekend wear! To balance this look I decided to wear my gladiator sandals to help me carry through the season in style!

Fashionably Conscious

Happy Tuesday, lovelies! Today, I’m wearing H&M’s 2011 Conscious Collection Dress (which is made from 100 percent recycled polyester) on this sunny day! As part of H&M’s ongoing focus on sustainability, the Swedish fashion giant introduced the Conscious Collection back in April of 2011, a line of apparel for women, men and children, made from environmentally-adapted and greener materials such as organic cotton, Tencel® and recycled polyester. Honestly, I’m obsessed with this dress, it creates such a beautiful and romantic feel due to it’s lace and broderie anglaise.

PS: How fab is this sun hat? I purchased it at Target and I’m in love with it!
