Happy Throwback Thursday! Today I’m sharing the very first pictures I started blogging with (back in 2010) with you, and guess what? I am also 1 month pregnant with my (now 2 year old) son in those photographs! I was just going through my computer (every now and then I like to look at old pictures) and found these – hence, I simply had to share them with you!

Happy Wednesday, dolls! Clearly, I’m obsessed with jumpsuits! I’ve purchased this one right after I’ve worn my boho palazzo jumpsuit from Mimi Chica.  Why? Because they are so comfortable AND because I’m secretly swooning over the whole ‘Cali Boho Chic’ (life-)style.

Today I felt like wearing a jungle themed outfit due to the fact that Chicago finally decided to get warmer again and as I’ve mentioned before: I am so ready for spring, in fact, it can’t come here soon enough! I’ve been craving 70 degree weather like no other! Until then, though, I’ll continue wearing colors in the hope that it’ll bring out the sun some more!

Fun Fact: The pictures were taken at the Historic Heritage Museum and Log Cabin in Skokie, IL. The wooden house (I’m standing in front of) was built in the 1800’s, and a total of 8 children were raised in that house (NOTE: The house is teeny tiny)!

Happy Wednesday! Do you notice something about this picture? Perhaps you think it looks like fall rather than spring?! If so, let me assure you that we did take this picture yesterday! I know – unbelievable! Chicago had a really, really and I mean REALLY rough winter (that lasted forever too!) – hence the ‘background’ looks the way it looks…just blah! Nonetheless, I am ready for SPRING which I why I decided to wear my casual crop pants from Express! They are super comfy yet chic! What is your favorite casual outfit and how do you make it not too casual?
