Hello, love bugs! Glad you stopped by! Today I’m wearing more of an edgier look (at least for my ‘standards’)! I found this awesome crop sweater at Burlington Coat Factory while browsing for golf equipment with my hubby – but as usual – I somehow ended up in the women’s department (LOL)! And there was this adorable Homiès sweater that literally called my name!
What do you think? Is this look a ‘yay or nay’? As always, I would love to hear from you!
I am SO excited to announce that I was featured on New York Magazine’s ‘The Cut‘ . They showcased me in my Pleated Midi Bubble Skirt (which I have designed myself!) on their “Best of the Week’s Style Bloggers: Roomy Skirts” section and I couldn’t be more honored and flattered (they featured a total of 23 bloggers)! It truly is a dream come true (by the way I’m writing this shaking!)! This being said: I’m very happy that I decided to blog again because fashion is – and always was – my passion!
Check out the full slideshow on ‘The Cut’ here.
Happy Monday, dolls! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend! Today I’m wearing one of OWN DESIGNS on the blog!! I finally finished my pleated midi bubble skirt! I’ve been in love with midi skirts for a while so, I knew it wouldn’t take long until I made my own. If you’re interested in my skirt please, do not hesitate to contact me! I currently sell them (sizes XS – L) for $55.00.
As always, thanks for stopping by & have a great day!

Today I felt like wearing a jungle themed outfit due to the fact that Chicago finally decided to get warmer again and as I’ve mentioned before: I am so ready for spring, in fact, it can’t come here soon enough! I’ve been craving 70 degree weather like no other! Until then, though, I’ll continue wearing colors in the hope that it’ll bring out the sun some more!
Fun Fact: The pictures were taken at the Historic Heritage Museum and Log Cabin in Skokie, IL. The wooden house (I’m standing in front of) was built in the 1800’s, and a total of 8 children were raised in that house (NOTE: The house is teeny tiny)!
Have a great weekend, dolls!
