I’m certainly not one of those who suffer from the neon kick because I’m addicted. This neon sweater makes me happy every time I wear it because I love bright colors that adds a jolt of energy to my day! While it may seem like a daring color choice, it’s surprisingly easy to wear. I bought this sweater last year, and it has already become a staple in my closet.

For today, I paired my sweater with a faux leather fringe skirt to create a rather rocker chic look. I debated whether to add any accessories as I was afraid it might be too much, but fortunately this statement necklace by Kay K Couture just coordinated perfectly and added the perfect amount of bling!

Faux Leather Skirt

I love wearing skirts during winter, don’t ask me why, and this one is by far the softest, most comfortable faux leather skirt ever! It hugs in all the right places, and with the great weather that we’ve over the last few days, well,  it simply made it possible to wear this outfit  (yay!) – but I must admit: Styling doesn’t always come easy during winter. I’m literally scared when our high is going to be zero degrees! Dunno what I’m going to wear – perhaps I will make blanket fashion a trend! Who knows! The cold weather ahead will certainly be my next obstacle. Stay tuned!

My faux leather skirt has become an imperative part in my closet. I simply cannot resist an article of clothing that is both universally appealing (they’re tough, sexy, and feminine all at the same time) and endlessly versatile. It is definitely a buy-worthy item for sure, and, thanks to a myriad of silhouettes and gorgeous fall colors, I have officially rendered a fresh choice for fall!

But let’s talk about the ‘Superstar Chic Fashion Planner‘ by Ariana Pierce for a minute. I received this planner from her, and I am completely smitten! I love to stay organized; and this planner is definitely a MUST for every blogger out there! It has a ‘Post Planner’ section, as well as a “Blog To Do List”, and much more! Happy Monday, darlings! Today I felt like bringing some ‘edge’ back so I pulled my faux-leather skirt out of my closet – and as I was reaching for it – I thought: “OK, it’ll better look playful, versatile, and flattering – more runway chic than biker chick (ya, know what I mean?)! Anyhow, I found this faux-leather skirt a while back at F21 and paired it with one of my favorite tees.
