Pink blazer’s are fun, and I must confess: You can officially call me at “Hat Lady”. I’ve been obsessing over fedora hats for the last couple of months, and I won’t/can’t stop wearing them! For some odd reason they add that little oomph to my outfits.

I kept today’s look rather casual which seems to be appropriate attire for a Friday (weekend here we come!), and these white denim definitely do the trick! I simply can’t get enough of the 70s revival.

On a different note: I would like YOUR feedback on what YOU would like to see me feature (more often) on What Would V Wear, please. For example, do you prefer high-end vs low-end brands, or perhaps a mixture of both? Or are you interested in beauty tips? Whatever it is, please tell me. I seriously want to hear from YOU! I’m still having a hard time comprehending that it’s September. I mean, where did the year go? Summer is coming to end and we are soon approaching fall. Yet I am excited because this means Fashion Week is around the corner! I’m leaving to New York next week, and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Stay tuned for more.

Anyhow, today I’m continuing my wide leg jean obsession! It’s a great alternative to the skinny jean, and a new way to add a little fancy to your casual Friday. I bought these white flared denim a few days ago for a stellar steal at Charlotte Russe, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! They fit like a glove and are super comfy!

And speaking of denim: How adorable is this embroidered denim jacket? It’s yet another steal – this is one is from Forever21.

Get my entire look, from the white flared denim, sandals, tee, and denim jacket for UNDER $100! Well, if that isn’t a steal then I don’t know what it is.

Happy Friday, lovelies! Today’s post is about an obsession of mine: Animal prints, hence I decided to show you how I like to wear my animal prints. This Dolce & Gabbana blouse is by far my most treasured piece in my closet. I wore this outfit to lunch while the weather here in Chicago was a bit colder. It seems the colder it gets the more and more am I drawn to animals prints, and this leopard print blouse paired with the denim most definitely make for a sophisticated combination.

Also, I love experimenting with fashion. I like my style often to be a bit more edgy, and what better way to achieve that by adding a fedora hat to your ensemble?! Don’t you agree?

Happiness

What does happiness mean to you?! After all, this is what we all strive after, am I right? Truthfully I don’t think I really knew what love and happiness was really about until I became a mother, to my now 3 year old son. Blogging, to a certain extent brings happiness as well, but it scares me at times too. As you continue to grow, the more and more people know about you – even if it is just your brand/blog persona. I’m still getting used to it and learn as I go, and I truly hope you will grow with me. Because after all, YOU are the reason that motivates me to keep on going. Your comments and support mean the world to me, and yes, they add a good amount of happiness to my life, so thank you for that.

Flared Denim are back, and I’m having quite the moment! You can style them with a simple tight t-shirt, some sandals and round sunglasses for the ultimate vintage look or why not dress them up with an off-the-shoulder top and some wedges? However you wear them, I’m sure you can make them unique and one thing is for sure, you will definitely be on trend!
