Currently playing peek-a-boo with these perfectly imperfect jeans (which are currently ON SALE for $19.90!) while celebrating summer. Summer has always been my favorite season – and it certainly is the best season to show a little skin, in good old distressed glory. I paired my distressed denim with an over sized half-sleeve trench coat and sleek heels of course, to keep everything classy, chic and in order.

Life is all about balance, after all.

Happy Wednesday! Do you notice something about this picture? Perhaps you think it looks like fall rather than spring?! If so, let me assure you that we did take this picture yesterday! I know – unbelievable! Chicago had a really, really and I mean REALLY rough winter (that lasted forever too!) – hence the ‘background’ looks the way it looks…just blah! Nonetheless, I am ready for SPRING which I why I decided to wear my casual crop pants from Express! They are super comfy yet chic! What is your favorite casual outfit and how do you make it not too casual?
