Happy Thursday, dolls! Today I’m wearing yet another jumpsuit (I’m kind of obsessed!) from Marshalls. I paired it with one of my all-time favorite blazers I bought back in 2002 (no joke!) at Zara. I have tons of clothing that I still possess since high school, too (like my Miss Sixty jeans that I cannot seem to get rid of because they’re still OH-SO cool) and my many vintage designer handbags.

You see, fashion truly re-invents itself always which is why I never throw away clothes.

What are some of your favorite pieces in your closet?

Happy Friday, lovelies! Pinup Darling sent me this awesome ‘Dockside Dinner‘ dress in mint green and I’m head over heels in love with it – even though I prefer my dresses and/or skirts to be knee length (I’m Christian); but I simply must admit: It’s super darling and sweet! PS: How handsome is my little boy? Love him SO much!

What’s your preferred length on dresses and/or skirts?

As always, thanks for stopping by & have a great weekend!

Meet When Wear & Now

As a way to show support and give recognition to some of my blogger friends, I’ve decided to launch a new series simply called “Meet…”. First up, is the lovely Brittany Hinrichs from When Wear & Now.

What made you want to start your blog?

I started my blog as a creative outlet for myself, and to showcase my overflowing closet, but it has developed into so much more these past few months. Now, I want to show women that as soon as you determine what your style is, and what works for you, and your body type, you will be unstoppable!  How you dress conveys your personality, your mood, and helps people get to know you before you even speak, so your better off putting your best foot forward, preferably in heels! Paired with a great handbag too of course!

How would you describe your style?

It’s hard to describe my style since it changes depending on what mood I am in, but I would have to say it lies somewhere in between lady like glam, and bohemian chic. My style icons are Miranda Kerr and Rachel Zoe.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

5 years a long time to look ahead, but I am up for anything that gets thrown my way! Whether than means I will still be blogging, if that means I move to New York or LA to pursue other fashion ventures, I am not sure, but one thing is for sure. Whatever I do, one thing is for sure, my goal is to help women be confident with who they are, and the way you dress has everything to do with that!

You can check out Brittany’s fab blog here.

Clearly,  I love skirts, and if you haven’t noticed by now, handbags! But back to skirts: I’ve purchased this skirt about a year ago from F21. It consists of seamed detailing and a zip closure at the back. I’m especially fond of this skirt because it goes so well with my Gladiator sandals, don’t you think?

What are your current obsessions?

As always, thanks for stopping by! Your support means the word to me!

Happy Monday, lovelies! Last weekend my family and I visited the Bahai Temple in Wilmette, IL. The Baha’i temple is quite unique in structure since it symbolizes unity and invites prayer to God. Like all Bahai Temples, it has 9 sides, which we walked all around since each side is surrounded by exquisite gardens and fountains. To keep it comfy I decided to wear my Espadrilles (they are perfect for walking by the way!) and kept it light, color wise. All in all, it was a beautiful day, even more so, because I got to spend it with my beloved family.

How was your weekend & what did you wear?
