What To Wear On A Boat
I call myself lucky that we live so close to the water. We are surrounded by lakes—sailing is hence a must! What to wear on a boat toes the line between functional and stylish; knew I wanted to channel just the right amount of laid-back cool and chic. So, I decided to wear a pair of white cropped denim, an oversized blue blouse (white & blue screams nautical!), and classic sunglasses.

Lately I’ve gotten quite a few questions about pant styles + hem lengths and what shoes to wear with various styles. Back in the Midwest
I returned from Germany last week and it was a surreal experience this time around. You may or may not know but I’ve lived in the States for over 13 years now. I’ve established a new life in the US but after visiting Germany I felt like I was living a double life. Am I the only expat who feels that way?! I beg to differ.
Home is where your heart is
Words cannot describe how amazing it is to be back home in Germany. My mom and brother still live here so, I try to visit them as often as I can. It’s been a while since my family and I visited them over the summer (the last few years have been in the winter) and what can I tell you?! It’s been the best summer—full of adventures and lots of laughter!
