When it comes to the nautical trend, I tend to focus on navy and stripes. My Daniel Wellington watch and my sun-protective dress (UPF 50) from Mott50 are the perfect way to celebrate Summer at the Pier. My family and I had a wonderful time strolling around Chicago, and later relax at the lakefront to watch the sailboats go by! My son Kingston is a trooper — he did so well in the heat, and he is so patient when it comes to taking pictures for “mommy’s blog”. I couldn’t be more blessed and proud of my little family.

And speaking of Chicago… This week I’ll be be featuring my favorite spots in the city with the lakefront being my No. 1! So, be sure to come back to see more of my favorite city I get to call home!

    Now that’s what i’m talking about , a dress with an SPF . I love it when designers break boundaries in fashion and style , the blue colour is very appealing .
