Thank you so much to Kohl's for sponsoring today’s post! While I was compensated, my thoughts and opinions are genuine and my own.

The back-to-school season is upon us! Over the weekend I had the honor to take my good friend’s daughter to Kohl’s for an exciting back-to-school shopping trip! Classie and I had so much fun picking out iconic closet pieces and trends from Mudd, Kohl’s very own brand known for their feminine, yet casual fashion!

Feel confident this school year with back-to-school closet must-haves in the Junior’s Department (designed for women ages 13-24), from stylish denim and trendy tops to casual lounge pieces you can either dress up or lounge around in comfortably!

Mudd was established in 1995 with the launch of the flare jean and has since become a junior’s denim destination synonymous with feminine yet casual fashion and a free spirited lifestyle. Today, the Mudd brand represents the generation of independent girls who stand up, stand out and make their dreams a reality. They lead by action and know they can impact the future.

I had so much fun taking Classie, my good friend’s daughter, shopping. August is almost here and summer is winding down. Are you cheering or crying? As a mom of two boys myself, it’s a little bit of both but Classie cheered me up! Since I don’t have a daughter it’s nice when I get the chance to do some “girlie” things, like shopping with my friend’s daughters. I have a great group of friends who I consider near and dear to my heart. We help and support one another, no matter what. This being said, with the new school year quickly approaching we want to be ready for it, right? Right. So, we help each other out. I took Classie to Kohl’s and she picked a Mudd dress and adorable Mudd jewelry. I, on the other hand, picked out a cute Mudd romper and hat. As a digital publisher and and lover of fashion this happens to be one of my favorite activities—shopping. Get your Back-to-School shopping started at Kohl’s!

This is so sweet! You both look amazing and I’m sure Classie had a blast shopping with you.
I can’t believe the kids are getting ready to head back to school already. In Canada, they go back to school in September.
    Thanks for sharing with us.

    Thanks,

I think it’s more fun shopping with someone else’s kids. They’re less likely to want to disagree with you on the choices you maybe help steer them toward :P. You guys did a beautiful job – Classie is gorgeous in that outfit. And I love that jumper on you, too. I love that you both got colors that coordinated so the photos would be perfect!

Oh my gosh, how adorable! The floral print is gorgeous and the little flower in her hair is all kinds of special 🙂
