Stop dusting off your black ankle boots and get yourself a edgy pair of combat boots. They are the true tend of winter. And don’t get me wrong, I love a little extra height as much as the next person (I’m only 5’4) but since the cold weather has finally hit Chicago, I’m leaning towards more comfort. Just this past weekend I’ve ordered myself a pair of Dr. Martens (clearly bringing back the 90s!). They are comfortable and definitely give your outfit the extra edge you’re been waiting for!

I’ve always loved a fierce combat boot. I didn’t manage to find one I was overly happy with last year and I probably should have gone down the Doc Martin route. I think they’re the most iconic and versatile staple.
