Back from Hawaii, the over-the-knee boots are returning to be my holiday’s staple boot. While I’m still processing and healing from Bodhi’s loss—I’m also tackling my gift list to cooking/hosting a family dinner this season, and what’s a better way to start off the holiday season by feeling confident? Losing Bodhi during the holidays has been extremely hard on me and my family. However, as a mother of two and with Christmas approaching—life has to go on (even though there are days where I just want to stay in bed and cry). My husband and I always host during the holidays, however, we had to cancel Thanksgiving this year to due Bodhi’s passing. But we are on for Christmas which means I’m in full on planning gear. And as I’m running around town–comfy shoes are needed. My new stylish pair of over-the-knee boots allow me to chase after my toddler and/or take my baby on a nice stroll without having any discomfort. In fact, they make me feel joyful and free!
