One of my personal goals this year is to restart my exercise routine. I’ve always been an avid runner but I must admit that after giving birth to Jaxson my fitness routine went pretty much down hill. To get things started again (in addition to my renewed gym membership!) I’ve rounded up my must-have work out gear to keep me motivated and going!

My biggest goal is to be healthy and strong. I’m not going to lie—working from home while taking care of an infant and kindergartner is a lot of work. There’s literally no free time but this year I said “enough is enough”. I found a gym close by that has a daycare also so, from now on (after I drop my son off at school) I will work out for 1.5hrs while my youngest Jaxson will be at the gym’s daycare. At first I was really nervous about it but an 1.5 hours go fast and Jaxson likes it!
