Maximizing Your Back to School Style With JCPenney

Maximizing Your Back to School Style With JCPenney

I currently have my hands full this summer but this is about to change as my oldest son, Kingston is about to start Kindergarten! I’m feeling anxious and yet I’m excited at the same time! He’s been eager to learn and join the world of bigger kids who already go to school. To get him ready for his first day of school we decided to go to JCPenney to pick out back-to-school clothing. And guess what?! Both Kingston and I found lots of effortless styles that were priced to buy and guaranteed to love!

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of JCPenney. The opinions and text are all mine.

Kingston is definitely turning into his own little person—can you believe that he picked out his clothing all by himself?! I was stunned! He ran over to the shirts section and yelled: “Mommy, mommy! Look at the stars on this shirt! I want this one!” I couldn’t help but smile…Here’s my little boy, all proud, picking out his”back-to-school clothing all by himself. It feels like yesterday when I gave birth to him and here he is now ready for school! Time’s truly flying by but I enjoy watching him grow and become his own little person.

Kingston picked out a shirt from JCPenney’s brand Arizona which is a short sleeve button-front shirt. It’s currently on Sale for $7.99, can you believe it? He looks so dapper and patriotic wearing it, doesn’t he?! He also wears comfortable pull-on pants, and to complete the look he’s wearing his favorite shoes from Converse which we also bought at JCPenney (on Sale for $29.99!).

But what would a shopping trip be if mommy doesn’t buy anything? Since Kingston was super quick picking out his clothing I had time to look around for myself as well! I decided to buy a new pair of Levi’s jeans (my latest obsession!) and a cute top from Project Runway! I had no idea that JCPenney even carried Project Runway fashions—I was literally stoked!

So, here we are…Kingston and I are both ready for his first day of school, thanks to JCPenney! Their back-to-school collection offers both style and quality at a great value. From stylish accessories to outfit staples, this store has exciting designs to ensure all kids look and feel their best in the classroom, on campus and at home.

Have you shopped at JCPenney before? Let me know by commenting below, and as always, thanks so much reading!
