Simple Beauty Routine For Busy Moms

Simple Beauty Routine For Busy Moms

As a working mom of two one thing I’m short on is time. Whether you’re a working mom like me, or one who stays at home, there are times where we all want to look our best but don’t have the time do it. Try this beauty routine with Onomie to get gorgeous with little effort and time, no matter who your audience is!

Ever since giving birth to Jaxson my life just got a whole lot busier. It’s hard to believe that I am now the mother of two. Kingston is a phenomenal big brother though and I honestly couldn’t hope for a better sibling to baby Jaxson. But to tell you the truth: It’s hard work. I’m currently juggling motherhood and my own business at the same time. Running my own business is no piece of cake. Neither is raising a family. But I’m sure this is the case for most moms, whether you’re a working or stay-at-home mom. It’s a lot of work, managing time between work, home, husband and kids, there is hardly any time for ourselves. While most moms may have already dropped the idea of looking beautiful, others blame it on their busy schedule.

In this post, I am not going to lecture you, instead, I have come up with 3 simple yet quick beauty tips for us busy moms because to me, every woman has the birthright to look beautiful, no matter whether she is enjoying her celibate days or basking on motherhood experience. Onomie, my favorite beauty brand, celebrates just that.  They came up with an easy beauty routine for new moms that’s good for your skin, too. I’m a huge fan of their Bright Concealing Elixir to cover up my dark circles and their A.C.E Illuminating Eye Treatment. They are a must for sleep-deprived moms because let’s face it: Once a mom, you would hardly remember the last you had a sound sleep.

Improper sleep has taken a toll on my eyes, with dark circles immediately visible the next morning. So, I’ve been arming myself with Onomie’s Bright Concealing Elixir to help me look fresh. I use the BCE each morning to mask my tired eyes (Jaxson wakes up every 2 to 3 hours each night!) and give the illusion of a brighter complexion by applying a lighter concealer shade to my my inner eye corners and above my brow bone. Instantly I look more awake and refreshed than any amount of coffee could achieve. The formula is a mouse texture and super easy to apply with a sponge or finger (perfect when on-the-go!), and crafted with high-grade ingredients such as Night Sleeper, Egyptian Lupine and Marapuama. Even better, this little tube of magic not only covers imperfections but actually treats them as all of Onomie’s products are clinically tested via a third party lab. If you’d like, you can read more about it via here.

I have these products myself 😉 but haven’t experimented with them much because I’ve been keeping things really simple with my beauty routine while pregnant. I guess I’m a paranoid first time mom, lol. Now you have me all the more excited to use them once Baby A is born, which I can’t believe is only 7 weeks; I’m both excited and nervous, lol. Thanks so much for sharing, my dear friend, and I hope you have an incredible Mother’s Day, it’s so well deserved!
