I’ve always enjoyed running. I get the famous “Runner’s High”, I know it sounds illegal, but it’s one of the tremendous natural benefits of running. In response to the hard, sustained physical effort of running your nervous system releases a substance called endogenous morphine (“endorphins”) into your system. These endorphins create a post workout sense of euphoria. It’s that state of bliss that keeps many of runners coming back for more, including myself.
Fitness plays a big part in my life – hence when the Team at Boohoo asked for another collaboration to feature their new boohoo FIT line I simply couldn’t resist.
I may have gotten a little carried away with pictures today but this skirt had me swooning. They are by far the most feminine and sophisticated clothing item in anyone’s closet, really. I especially love the long hemline and the volume to this skirt; and I must admit: I am yearning for Spring already! Hence I added these beautiful pink flowers to my outfit to create the feeling of Spring at last!
As always, thanks so much for dropping by & have a fabulous day!
Today’s look represents my fond weakness for stripes (along with fun colors)! Anytime I spot the perfect striped piece it inevitably ends up in my closet. A striped dress is most certainly a MUST-HAVE because it’s such a great dress for a perfect night out on the town, don’t you agree?!
My striped dress was definitely love at first sight when I discovered it on Choies.com. Sometimes it’s hard to tell whether or not the item(s) you spot online are just a fab as the picture BUT this dress is truly great! It has a feminine cut, layered stripes, and an unexpected pop of yellow which creates a bit of an edge.
What are your fashion weaknesses?!
As always, thanks so much for reading & Merry Christmas! See you back here on Friday!
