Think Pink

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, this year Gordmans is turning October into Pink October. Throughout the month, Gordmans will be helping raise money for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) through various in-store and online activation’s.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month! In support of those affected by breast cancer, Gordmans is donating proceeds from sales to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) dedicated to helping patients and their families and advancing research on the disease. Their reasoning? Because research is the only way to end breast cancer and BCRF is leading the way. And it’s so easy for you to get involved also!

I’m a firm believer in women supporting women and if there’s a single universal truth it’s this: Women are strong allies for each other. They are champions, defenders. I’m here to spread awareness, education and support to help empower all those who are making life-changing decisions and provide comfort measures during cancer treatment. As a digital creator I think it’s important to share important messages like these. I’ve also learned that in times of illness, there is mutual support and a no-nonsense fighting spirit. Together we can be strong. We are warriors. So, help me make a difference.

From October 1 – 31, either visit your local Gordmans store (select “Pink” items with 50% of the purchase price going to BCRF) or post a picture on Instagram using the hashtag #ipinkican and Gordmans will donate $1.00 to support Breast Cancer Research Foundation  (up to $35,000).
