How To: Wear A Leather Skirt In Spring

How To: Wear A Leather Skirt In Spring

I’ve been a fan of leather skirts for as long as I can remember and even though it’s often considered as a luxe winter staple, there’s little reason not to take your leather skirt through to spring. From classic black to lighter, neutral hues, one thing is certain: It’s a must this season!

When it comes to wearing a leather skirt, your options are pretty much endless! A simple blouse and strappy heels will emphasise the luxe sensibility of the leather in an instant and frankly: It’s my favorite pairing—it’s like creating a simple canvas which you can decorate at your liking (just think accessories!) to make up your look. If you prefer a more casual look simply pair your skirt with a jersey T-shirt, and flats and you will create the perfect balance between casual and chicness.

How about you? How would you style a leather skirt?

As always, thanks much for stopping by & have a great day, lovelies!

XOXO

First off, I LOVE your hair like this, you look absolutely beautiful! I adore the shirt, the stripes are so pretty and on trend and so are the beautiful embroidered flowers, such a beautiful spring piece! I also agree that leather skirts are perfect for spring, as you can style them in so many ways to exude the season and play up/down the chic and edgy effect it can bring to a pairing. Thanks so much for sharing, gorgeous, and I hope you’re having a wonderful week so far!

    Hi Vanessa,

I love the way you styled this skirt. It is very elegant and chic. To be honest, I love leather skirts but the dry cleaning services in Switzerland are so costly that I don’t wear any of my leather skirts at all. :-(((

Big hugs to your baby boy!

You look stunning as usual V.! I love this trend, but I haven’t found a leather piece that really suits me, so I am sticking to denim for now 😛 But I love the idea of using it as a blank canvas that you can dress up or down with different accessories and textures.
    Happy hump-day, gorgeous
    Much love from England Xx
