Bump Update: 20 Weeks

Bump Update: 20 Weeks

It’s half-time! I’m 20 weeks today, and as I’m writing this post Baby “J” keeps himself entertained by kicking non-stop! He must be just as excited as I am because in less than 5 months he’ll finally get to be with all of us! His big brother Kingston is already anxiously waiting for his arrival while I’m all wrapped up in an emotional state that involves lots of tears…Continue reading to learn more.

Yes, my emotions have been on a roller coaster ride, to say the least. You can pinch me now and I would start crying. Or, if I’d watch a commercial about puppies and/or babies…, yep, you guessed right—I would start crying! I’m a hot mess. I literally cry all the time. I’m very emotional these days…But not only that but I’ve been so worried too. Worried about being a working mom who runs her own business from home. Thoughts like “Am I going to be strong enough”, or “How am I going to handle it?”, are constantly on my mind. I know they seem silly because just like with my firstborn everything will work out by itself eventually, I know that. I just can’t help it…

And yet I love seeing my bump grow day by day—and this maternity dress from Envie de Fraise couldn’t be a better fit to celebrate my growing bump with you all! Its close fit + ruched shoulder detail are so darling, and it’s so soft too! This dress can definitely be worn during and after pregnancy!

For all my pregnant mama’s out there you can check out Envie de Fraise HERE.

As always, thanks much for reading & have a lovely Wednesday!

Yay!! Halfway there, babe ๐Ÿ™‚ take it easy, ‘kay? I know when I felt anxious, baby felt it and responded by loads of agitated movements which did nothing to calm either of us down GRIN sending you a ton of hugs and kisses.

Hi Vanessa, I totally understand what you are going through with all of the worries! I was the exact same with my second pregnancy & scared I wouldn’t be able to handle having 2, working, etc. Honestly you are so strong and it will be fine! I think it’s our emotions taking over but when your little one shows up you will totally pull it together & it will work out perfectly as it was meant to be! Keep strong pretty lady and on a side note you are looking gorgeous as ever in this dress! Have a wonderful day V, love ya xoxo
