Can you believe that tomorrow is Thanksgiving?! From the bottom of my heart, I hope you have an amazing day celebrating with friends and family. It truly is the perfect time to take a moment to remember what you’re thankful for this year.
Tomorrow I’ll be cooking (and eating) up a storm, but I just wanted to take a moment and let you know I am so grateful for all of you. I feel so lucky every single day to have such a wonderful, smart, kind community of people here on WhatWouldVWear.com. You all inspire me, and I feel very lucky to have your support and friendship!
Count your blessings…
I am not going to go into depth, i.e. detail of all the things I am grateful for but instead, I am going to list some additional things that I am grateful for. Some of them I must admit that I have taken them for granted until I started making gratitude part of my daily routine. Every morning I wake up I try and make it a habit to simply show gratitude to be alive and be with my family. I now count my blessings on a daily basis and find joy even in the seemingly mundane. This list is no particular order of importance.
I am Grateful for…
- My children and husband
- My family in Europe
- My friends (many who I’ve known for years and new ones I have met this year)
- My blog
- Actual books (the fact that not all bookstores are closed makes me extremely happy—I much rather read a book than on an Ipad)
- Our community (neighboorhood, schools, etc.)
- My dogs Cali and Mylo
- Daily meditation
- Police and fire rescue personnel

“Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.”
