Happy Monday, and hello from Paris! We arrived here early Sunday morning (if you follow me on Instagram and Snapchat you probably already know this) and as much as I wanted to post a Parisian outfit post today, well… we were just too tired to take any pictures after we arrived at our hotel. Instead we grabbed lunch, walked around for a bit and then went back to our hotel. However, I will have Paris pictures this week so, be sure to come back! I’m already super excited to share them with you!

Now back to this outfit post: Do you ever feel a bit glum or a little lost? I certainly do especially during the winter months. I tend to gravitate towards colors during winter since they have the ability to brighten my mood. So, for this outfit I decided to wrap some brightness around my neck. This yellow scarf is not only trending but it’s naturally sunny and bright. I’m a huge fan of scarves – it seems like every winter when the weather turns from brisk to seriously cold, chunky scarves come out in full force. I always feel like the snuggest of bugs all bundled in a huge scarf. How about you?

    Bonjour hon! So cool you are in Paris. Dont know if you’ve seen Funny Face with Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire…anywho when they arrive in Paris they all sing this corny but fab song called Bonjour Paris! I always wanted to arrive Paris that way…and back to you: loving the light and brignt Spring/Summer tones of your outfit.     I was waiting for the Paris photos but oh well, I can’t wait to see them. Meanwhile, I love this whole outfit, the yellow scarf adds pizzazz to the whole look and the shoes are totally a show stopper. You are such a vision pretty babe! I am a sucker for scarves too.     i def do lose some inspo/motivation when it comes to outfits prob because it’s so cold and i just want to be warm. but thank goodness nyc has been pretty warm here and there but i love how you paired this outfit with a cute colorful boot. really brings a bit more pop to it!

    I love the pop of yellow. It’s a color you don’t see much in the winter so it is great to see how you were able to style it into this look. I love scarves for the winter as well so I think that would have to be my favorite accessory for these cold months since they really help to brighten up an outfit. Have fun in Paris!
