How to wear your favorite summer dresses

Along with ice cream, swimming pools and spending more time outdoors, one of the best things about Summer has to be…dresses. After all, what’s easier than one pretty piece, to throw on and go at a moment’s notice? Nothing beats the heatwave than a dress. Read on for my favorite dress styles and ways to wear them.

The Maxi Dress

As a mom of two you’ll often see me running around town, wearing this summer’s most approachable and universally flattering dress—the maxi dress. Wear it on weekends while you’re perusing your favorite farmer’s market or antique fair. And—surprise, surprise—they even translate to work! Pair your maxi dress with an oversized tote (for all of your essentials), a blazer and a pair of low heels to take you the extra mile.

The Wrap Dress

What’s more flattering and flirty than a wrap dress?! It’s my personal favorite this season! I love its summer-y version especially, give me all the bold, colorful print and pretty sleeves.

There you have it—a pretty summer dress for every occasion. What’s your summer must this season?! Let me know by commenting below and as always, thanks so much for stopping by!

Happy Summer!

Summer dresses are the best and you look so perfect in polka dots Vanessa! I just love a good wrap dress too! Hope you’re having a great week so far!

I love being able to throw on a dress without much thought during the summer. It looks like I put effort into it when I didn’t. Maxis are the easiest but I do love a wrap dress and you showcased some beautiful ones!

Have used online wholesales for a while now but Wholesale7 is the best. I am very happy with most of goods I buy and the service is great.

Interesting choice of dresses. My favourites are the wrap dresses because I love the way they cinch at the waist and flow downwards. I find them very form fitting and elegant! –
