It’s that time of year again! Its boots season, and I have finally found my dream pair from Michael Kors! Whether you are going for a glam look, or something a little bit more edgy, these boots are it! I have paired these classic tall boots with a mini suede skirt, and a comfy knit sweater to create the perfect boho-chic fall look. There’s something about wearing sweaters, though, wouldn’t you agree? There’s simply no way you won’t be turning heads wherever you go! Also, this outfit would look fabulous with a floppy hat, wouldn’t you agree?

Anyhow, I call this outfit my perfect fall look which you can wear day or night. Just add a jacket, and “Hello Fall”!

On a different note: My husband and I had fun shooting this little project of mine, and I must admit: I’m finally comfortable when people stare at us while we’re shooting around town. At first it was quite awkward but now I’m like: “Whatever, I won’t see that person ever again!”

    This is the perfect fall mod look! These boots are perfection Vanessa! 🙂 Yes, I do get weird stares sometimes. We were shooting a couple of days ago in front of a coffee shop and the lady who owns it was worried we were going to start taking pics of her. Lol!

    Dear V., you look stunning, always stunning! Yes, the look would have been great with a hat, too! I love boots and these ones are amazing – the style, the color! Perfect for fall! I am glad that you are feeling comfortable with people walking by and looking at you during photoshooting… I am still not comfortable with that, so I choose the same places always, with almost nobody – still, some people may walk by, and I feel so bad.     You look fantastic! I have been looking for boots that color and a sleeveless turtleneck as well. I need to check these out. I love this outfit from head to toe. As far as taking pics, I prefer not to have people around. My husband who takes the pics prefers this as well so we try to take them during less busy times of the day. Have a great weekend!

    I have last year’s version of those boots in black! They are sooo perfect and I can’t wait to pull them out and wear them!

    I still struggle when taking pics with other people around! I’m trying to get more comfortable but its not easy!!

    Yes to a floppy hat and double yes to those MK BOOTS!!! Love!!! Most of my shots are done at home, but I feel for high-quality photos like you always have in yours, it’s important to get out there and just do it, no matter what anybody thinks! Most likely, people are actually admiring how beautiful you are and how cool it is that you’re taking a photo shoot! I’d say it’s definitely worth it to get beautiful shots!!     Ive grown use to the stares.. 😀 At first it was awkward and Im shy but yeah I dont have a choice I love taking my outfits at the event/venue I wore that outfit.

    Vanessa, I’m loving everything about this look, especially those boots! I love just about everything Michael Kors, his pieces are always so practical and chic for everyday wear, which I appreciate, and those boots demonstrate just that! As you’ve mentioned, they could easily take you from day to night and could be worn in so many different ways; I’m definitely looking forward to seeing how you style them again in future posts! I know I can expect pure perfection 🙂

    As for taking photos, omg, yes! It’s so awkward and like you, it wasn’t until recently that I began feeling comfortable with people stopping to stare, lol! I’ve had people walk or drive by us as we’re shooting to record me on their phones, lol! For what reason, I have no idea! Now, I just block out all the cars slowly driving by or the people stopping to look, so we can get the job done and leave, haha!

    I luuuvvvv this! Those boots, that skirt, that top! OTK boots are just sooo good. I’m so ready to break mine out now that it has finally cooled off here. I’m loving the sleeveless turtleneck trend, and as usual you are rocking it so well. I usually try to find a semi-secluded stop, but I agree. I have finally gotten more comfortable with it. I was very self-conscious taking pictures at first when others were around, but now I just think “surely they must realize this is for a purpose/think we’re professionals and not just being vain and wanting to have lots of pictures of myself” lol…I mean people must realize that right haha?

    I LOVE This outfit! You are right it is the perfect fall outfit! I love the sweater and the suede skirt, especially matched with those boots! perfect, and looks so comfy! I wish it was cool enough to wear sweaters and boots in LA (I’m patiently waiting for the temp to cool, checking weather every day!!). I am still a little embarrassed when I’m taking photos for my blog and people stare, but then I think the same thing you do – and I’d feel dumb walking away not doing what I intended to do (take photos) just because people are looking! you wont see them ever again so who cares 🙂 hope you have a great week! xo
