As you may already know this year I vowed to live a healthier lifestyle. I practice yoga almost daily and I’ve recently picked up jogging again. Some yoga practices can be quite tough (think headstands!) and hence I’ve been sore lately. Especially on my back and neck. I love doing yoga because it stretches out your muscles and of course helps with toning. But having the neck and back pain can be a pain at times.

Personal fitness is a huge part of my life, and I really try and make it a habit to run each morning before my day starts. I usually run for at least 30min and do some yoga afterwards.
