Thank you so much to FitTrack for sponsoring today’s post! While I was compensated, my thoughts and opinions are genuine and my own. Thank you so much for your continued support of the brands that help me bring you great content!

It’s time to stretch yourself; to grow and allow yourself to develop. I’ve been living a healthier lifestyle for the last 6 months by honing good habits, focusing on self-care and better eating habits. And the results are finally showing! I’m keeping tracking of my fitness journey with my FitTrack Pro App.

Let’s face it: We are more than our weight which is why I love FitTrack. It uses high accuracy, dual BIA technology to monitor your body fat percentage, hydration levels, muscle and bone mass, and more. FitTrack empowers you with more information so that you can cultivate a greater understanding of your body while accessing valuable feedback. Personally I don’t care so much about the weight I’m in but rather if I’m developing muscles and overall strength. I especially love FitTrack because it gives me detailed information not only on my weight but also my BMI (body mass index) & muscle mass % and body water. The scale automatically syncs your scale in minutes using smartphone Bluetooth.

HOW FITTRACK WORKS?

FitTrack scales use advanced Bioelectric Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology. When you stand on a FitTrack monitor, a very low, safe electrical signal is sent from four metal electrodes through your feet to your legs and abdomen.

The electrical signal passes quickly through water that is present in hydrated muscle tissue but meets resistance when it hits fat tissue. This resistance, known as impedance, is measured and input into scientifically validated FitTrack equations to calculate body composition measurements. Depending on the monitor, body composition measurements are provided in under 20 seconds. Ho

However, please note that people with an electronic medical implant, such as a pacemaker, should not use a body composition monitor. The electrical signal traveling through the body may interfere with its operation. Pregnant women should use weight function only, all other functions are not intended for pregnant women.

In recent posts I’ve talked quite a bit of my fitness journey which includes mostly yoga. I can’t stress enough how yoga has transformed my life. So, whether you’re trying to lose weight, exercise more consistently, or push yourself to higher intensity workouts, everyone needs a little help. FitTrack give you that help by reminding you of your goals and prompting you to follow through on them (I use the athlete mode, you can pick between family or athlete mode). This being said, maintaining fitness requires daily habits and lifestyle changes, and a few little nudges in the right direction from your mobile phone might make all the difference. No matter what kind of motivation or daily prodding you need to meet your fitness goals, FitTrack can push you in the right direction (get the free app today on Android and IOS!). Make sure to tell me your opinion about FitTrack in the comments, and let me know if you use any apps to help you achieve your fitness goals. I’d love to stay connected and even share our fitness journey together!

Ooooh, this app seems amazing! I love how it can be catered to fit exactly what you want to use it for. Summer time always leaves me with a little more time on my hands, so I’m able to step back, take some time off, and really focus on taking care of myself and my health. I can’t say yoga is one of my favorite forms of exercise, but I think it’s all about finding something you like and works for you. You sure look like a pro when you’re doing it!

One of the main features of beach yoga is the ability to do your practice independently. You don’t need a trainer help and you can not worry on this score.
