Jaxson’s One-Year Birthday

Jaxson’s One-Year Birthday

My dear Jaxson, I can’t believe it’s been a year already. You came into this world on April 4, 2017 at 5:09 p.m., at 7 lbs., 7 oz., 20 1/4 inches tall. And whoa, was I excited to meet you. I carried you for the whole 39 weeks, your grandma from Germany flew in, and your brother – like a giddy puppy, he couldn’t wait to meet you either. And daddy too. Thank goodness your father was able to keep me calm while we waited and waited for the doctor to deliver you at 5:09 p.m.

Random Thoughts on Virtual Influencers

Random Thoughts on Virtual Influencers

Everywhere you turn these days, there’s talk of automation replacing people. In fact, just the other day I read an article on “Virtual Influencers“, aka a “virtual avatar” that exists only online. Technology is surely advancing at a rapid rate, can you believe that most of us (assuming you’re closer to my age) grew up without cell phones and now it seems that we cannot live without them?!  In today’s click-driven media environment, sensationalism sells, but just because tech aims to replace humans, this doesn’t mean it can replace human touch. I certainly beg to differ.

Plantlife Aromatherapy at Home

Plantlife Aromatherapy at Home

Have you tried essential oil diffusers? While I must admit that I was a little late to the essential oil diffuser trend, things have now changed. As you know I’m constantly in front of my laptop working and let me tell you, it’s tiring sometimes. Citrus oils are a wonderful way to enhance mood and emotional balance. To do so, I use my Plantlife Home and Car Diffuser.
